Delivery

All EMBER items ship from our California warehouse on the same business day if ordered before 11am PT Tuesday through Saturday. Weekend orders (after 11am PT Saturday) ship on Monday, and Monday orders ship on Tuesday. All items can take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Our preferred carrier in the US is FedEx. USPS may be used for some US destinations.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Our warranty covers your product for up to 3 years, depending on the warranty period, starting from the date of purchase. This includes protection against a variety of issues:

Normal Wear and Tear: Our products are designed to withstand a variety of conditions. If your product fails to protect your vehicle due to damage, we have you covered. Tears and Cuts: Despite the strength of our materials, accidents do happen. If your product tears under normal use, we will replace it.

Documentation: We may request photographs or a short video of the damage for our records.

Review and Approval: Our team will review your application and, upon approval, initiate the replacement process.

Replacement: A new product will be sent to you at no additional cost other than shipping.
