🛠️ Installation Overview
If you are not familiar with baking or cutting headlights, professional installation is recommended.
Process Summary:
This installation requires opening your headlight housing. You will remove the factory daytime running light (DRL) circuit board and replace it with the included multi-color Flow Series circuit board. Power is supplied via your vehicle's DRL fuse, battery, or headlight wiring harness. For turn signal synchronization, connect the provided wires to the included T-connector.

🔧 Basic hand tool set – for removing the bumper and headlights
♨️ Oven or heat gun – for baking the open headlights
🌀 Rotary tool (Dremel) or oscillating tool – for cutting the open headlights
🪛 Flathead screwdriver – to help pry open the headlight housing during removal
🧴 Butyl headlight sealant – recommended for proper resealing
🧷 Cable ties or adhesive pads – for wire management
🔌 Wire glands – recommended for clean, weatherproof wire exits

✅ Step 1: Test Your Product
Before installation, test your daytime running light kit to ensure all LEDs are functioning properly and that you understand the wiring process.

This will help identify any factory defects before removal.
🛠️ Step 2: Remove the bumper
Remove the front bumper to access the headlights.
🔓 Step 3: Open the Headlights
Choose one of the following methods: This headlight has a permanent sealant, but can be opened by baking and prying (2-3 times). (Baking method; Cutting method)
💡 Step 4: Install the Daytime Running Light Kit
Install the Flow Series Daytime Running Light board into your headlight housing.
Align them with the OEM tube positions or desired layout.
If necessary, secure in place with thermal adhesive or screws.
🧴 Step 5: Reseal the Headlights
Clean the channel and apply butyl or factory sealant.
If the headlights are burned, apply even heat and reseal.
⚡ Step 6: Final Wiring
If you haven't done it yet:
Connect your Daytime Running Light (DRL) board to your Bluetooth controller and power supply.
